Some of us just prefer pen and paper. Here you can print any of our puzzles, free, at every difficulty from Easy to Expert.
Choose your layout
- 1 puzzle per page: a big, clear grid with plenty of room for notes.
- Large print: extra-large digits and bold lines, easy on the eyes.
- 2 per page: a good size for everyday solving.
- 4 or 6 per page: handy for classrooms, long journeys or a stack by the armchair.
- A week’s booklet: the last seven daily puzzles, up to and including today, printed together. Each one has its day and difficulty on it.
Tips for printing
- Use the print button on this page rather than printing the web page itself. It gives a cleaner layout without menus or buttons.
- Print in black and white. The puzzles are designed for it, and it saves your colour ink.
- Choose A4 paper, portrait orientation, and set the scale to 100% (sometimes called “actual size”).
- For pencil marks, a sharp pencil and a soft rubber work best.
Teachers are welcome to print as many copies as they need for a class.
